Status
There is no policy administration system serving customers yet, so this page reports the status of what actually exists: a website, a waitlist, and an email path. Everything else is listed as in development.
Solved Insurance products are in development and pending state approval. Nothing on this site is an offer of insurance and no coverage can be purchased yet, which is why most of the list below reads as in development. Join the waitlist to hear when coverage opens in your state.
Component status
Six components. Three of them run today; three of them are being built and are labeled as such rather than shown as healthy.
-
Operational
Website
solved.insure, including the product pages, documentation, blog, and comparison pages.
-
Operational
Waitlist signup
The form that records an email address, an interest, and a state. The only consumer action on this site.
-
Operational
Email notifications
Confirmation and notification email to people on the waitlist, and the unsubscribe path out of it.
-
In development
Underwriting model
Comparative underwriting applied to our own product. The same core runs today inside Solved Enroll as the AI Plan Recommender, but not against a Solved Insurance product.
-
In development
Application experience
The guided application, decision, and electronic signature flow. Nothing to apply for until a product is approved and filed.
-
In development
Policy administration
Issuing policies, billing premiums, servicing policyholders, and paying claims. No system here is serving customers, because there are no policyholders.
A component marked in development has no availability to report, so it is not shown as operational, degraded, or down. See the roadmap for what is being built and why no dates are published.
Platforms in the group that are live
Solved Insurance is early. Several of its sister companies are not, and each publishes its own status page.
Solved Telephony
Carrier interconnects and voice connectivity, in production with paying customers inside and outside the group.
View statusAgentTech Dialer
The dialer, CRM, and compliance scoring platform, in production with paying customers inside and outside the group.
View statusSolved Enroll
Multi-product quoting and enrollment, in private beta, and the home of the AI Plan Recommender.
View statusThose pages are maintained by those companies and report their own components, not ours. How this connects
How this page is maintained
Manually, by people, which is both the honest answer and a limitation worth knowing about.
- Changed by hand. Someone edits the value for the affected component and publishes. There is no automated probe behind the labels above.
- It can lag. If something is broken and this page says otherwise, the page is wrong. Tell us rather than waiting for it to catch up.
- The timestamp is real. The "last updated" value comes from when this page was actually last edited, not from a page load.
- Scope is small on purpose. A website, a form, and an email path. When there are policyholders, this page will carry a great deal more and an incident history with it.
What exists today
- 3
- Components live and running.
- 3
- Components in development, with no availability to report.
- Pending
- State approval, which is why nothing is on sale.
- None
- Policyholders, premiums billed, or claims paid to date.
Reporting something this page does not show
Bring these three things and the first reply can contain an answer instead of a question.
What you were doing
The page you were on and what you clicked or submitted. A sentence is plenty.
When
Roughly what time, and your time zone. A five-minute window is enough to find it in the logs.
What you saw
The error text, a blank screen, a form that did not submit, or an email that never arrived.

FAQs
Status questions
Why does a status page list things that do not exist?
Because the alternative is a page showing three green checkmarks that implies an insurance operation is running. Listing the underwriting model, the application experience, and policy administration as in development is the honest version, and it tells you what is missing rather than only what works.
Is there a policy administration system?
Not one serving customers. There are no policyholders, no premiums being billed, and no claims being paid, because our products are in development and pending state approval. When that changes, this page changes with it.
How is this page updated?
By hand. Someone changes the value for the affected component and publishes the page, so what you read is a statement from the people running it rather than the output of a probe. That also means it can lag a live problem by a few minutes, so if something is broken, tell us rather than waiting for the page to catch up.
The waitlist form is not working. What do I do?
Email contact@solved.insure or call +1 (866) 415-6192 and we will add you and fix the form. Please include the browser you were using and roughly what time it happened, which is usually enough to find it in the logs.
Where do I check the platforms that are actually live?
On their own status pages. Solved Telephony and AgentTech Dialer are in production, and Solved Enroll is in private beta; each publishes its own component status, and links to all three are on this page.
Will you publish incident history here?
Yes, once there is something whose failure would affect a policyholder. Today the honest scope is a website, a form, and an email path, and inventing an incident history for those would be theater.

Want to know when this list gets longer?
The waitlist is how you hear when there is an approved product behind these components.
